Before contacting your organizer, here are a few things to try first:

Please make sure that your correctly typing in the credentials.
(Is your cap locks on, did you mistype, did your phone autocorrect, etc.)

Please make sure your meeting in your defined area.
(You will only be able to access the internet in the area you are supposed to meet in.)
